Join the people who make HAJFL possible. There are roles for leaders, helpers, and behind the scenes organizers.
Choose a role that fits your strengths and availability.
Serve in administrative, creative, football, or cheer focused roles. Help shape the direction of the league and support families year-round.
Lead athletes through skill development, teamwork, and confidence building. We have openings for head coaches and assistant coaches, with guidance and resources to help you succeed.
Keep communication flowing between the league and your team. Help with game day rosters, eligibility forms, and the end of season banquet.
