Thank you for stepping up and volunteering your time as the Team Coordinator!  This is no small task and a lot of communication will be filtered through you from the Head Coach to the Parents and the League.  This page has been set up to help you get this season started. Information will be posted on this page that you might find helpful to use such as templates for taking attendance, preparing your team roster, etc. These are not mandatory, but are here to use if you'd like them.  

The Player/Participant Documents must be collected at or before the first practice.  Each parent will fill out the documents below and sign.  As the Team Coordinator it is your job to keep all documents filed neatly in a 3-Ring Team Binder that can be easily transported by you daily to each practice and game.  All documents must stay confidential between the Team Coordinator, parent/guardian and head coach.  The 3-Ring Team Binder MUST be available at ALL team practices and games.  All documents collected will be distributed back to the parents at the end of the season.
