The HAJFL is a non-profit, volunteer sponsored program. The HAFJL Football & Cheer program is to develop the youth of our community in ideals of good sportsmanship, discipline, honesty, loyalty, and courage so the participants can grow and develop into healthier, stronger, happier youth to reflect credit on themselves, their parents and our community. Our mission is to ensure the attainment of exceptional athletic skills while balancing achievement in accordance with these principles.
